The Icecream Review is a tradition at this point and the only detour before i Start on Reviewing The Quiet Girl.

It's time For The JOSHEEEEEE PRINCESS SHOWCASE! THE GODDAM 90 POUND SCHOOLGIRLS! A singles match Moka Miamoto vs Nao Kakuta: Moka is Dressed in a Kimono that makes her look like Nakiri Ayame from Hololive and Nao is Dressed like a Girl who went to a Costume Party as Asuka but Didn't have time to put on Makeup or Dye her Hair. And I Thought Kenny was the Mark for this Sh*t! I've seen More Joshi on MLW Than i have on AEW! And i am not Impressed! Moka didn't come to the Ring in a Kimono, she wrestles in It. And they do Silly Spots like Slapfights and Kiss chasing. One Move saw Moko Milk a Karate Chop Complete with a HIYAH! Finish was Nao Hitting the stiffest TKO, Which Rob Dombroski called a Fireman's Carry Stunner-Which it became because it was So Stiff. This Leads to Love-Doug asking out Moka, So this is what they are With Love-Doug, now that it seems Becca has left, the Company, But What about Brett Ryan Goseleen, What happens to him now he had no Girl to defend during the Love is Blind match weeks ago....We would soon Find Out!

Zayda finds out Brett Ryan Goseleen is crossdressing in her clothes.... and she's alright about it! They reconcile their Difference very quicky by going Shopping on World Titan Federation's Dime! Is it because i called Brett a Ken Doll Weeks ago that they are doing this ?

Anyway, Keep Josh Bishop in Tag Matches, He's Not Ready Yet! In less than a Year, he will be World Champion Material, But Not NOW! This was A nicely paced Match But, Riddle and Kane where two Nicey-Nicey to each other, Far too Chummy for Single Wrestlers to be that Trusting! MSL Tired to Stack the Deck by sending out Richard Holiday, But Alex KANE Neutralized Holiday Long enough For Riddle to Win with the Floating Bro! 

WTF brawls with Second Gear Crew Backstage. Rinse and Repeat. Rinse and Repeat!

Main Event was Jumped Started by Sami "ATTEMPTED FELONY M*RDER ON A T-SHIRT!" CALAHAN! Who you'd think would have copped out after all these Years. Nope! He's still the Same 5'9, Pudgy outlaw guy who shoves his Flabby belly into a  Moulded Kevlar Vest To give the illusion of a Figure, in the same way You Pour Liquid Jelly in a Jelly Mould to make a shape, Who still can't make a move with Cursing, flipping the Bird or Spitting Snot at his opponents-This match was Rotten and the crowd was having none of it! Kojima Being Number One Contender next Month was never going to Lose, But He Couldn't afford to-Especially Not to Dumi Calahan!

Naturally i would have liked if Kevin Blackwood was still a part of this match, Especially after that Disappointing Climax to his feud with Tony Deppen Two Weeks ago! Deppen Took the Pin after a Doomsday device with Price making Faces like KENNY! the whole time!

This was her entrance on Saturday. I can indeed Confirm-SHE GOT A BICYCLE!

Janai Kai retains Featherweight belt Against Hyper Misao who made her entrance on a God Dahm Bicycle! Of course this was a Squash!

Second Gear Crew retains tag championship against World Titan Federation members Filthy Tom Lawlor and Josh Bishop, Despite Bishop chokeslamming Manders through a Table.

Ricky Shane Fat Mudshow F**k Page retains Openweight championship against Akira in a Brutal Taipei Death Match, with help from the returning Dumi Callahan. Of course these two Mudshow F**is From the County Fair would be friends!

Love-Doug defeats Brett Ryan Goseleen in a Love is Blind....Fold Match. Which is good and all...But What Now? Doug has the same Problem As Orange Cassidy, and Eugene! He's a Joke Wrestler, But he is ONE JOKE! Now Doug is no Longer A Simp for Becca, Who played no part in this match despite being the catalyst, Doug is only going to repeat himself, until he gets tired in people's eyes or Gets a new Gimmick!

Misticio (Sin Cara) announced for Superfight. But Which One? The Guy who couldn't do anything, or the Guy who Annoys the Boys with Fart Noises on long Bus Trips?

Alex Kane retains World's Title against Richard Holiday. After the Match Satoshi Kojima came out with Bagels for fans. As Rob Drombroski announced that Kojima's number one contender for Alex Kane at Superfight. Leading to Sami Callahan to brawl with Kojima!

Matt Riddle defeats Jacob Fatu via Submission. The Finish was Fatu going for his tried, tested and True Triple Step Moonsault, But on impact, Riddle used his legs to Choke Out Fatu in the Main Event.

Strange not to have any Title Changes at the PPV, But It makes sense, A new Season of Fusion Starts either This or Next Friday, and The fans Don't need changes to the Status Quo just yet!

MLW HOLIDAY RUSH: HO-HO-HOKEY AND BULLSH*T!

 (The following was Written on Christmas Eve, after MLW sprang a Surprise on a Unsuspecting Europe!)

Recap of the Of last four months, with the Takeover by the World Titan Federation.

SIX MAN MIDDLEWEIGHT DIVISION SCRAMBLE MATCH 

AKIRA VS LOVE-DOUG VS BRETT RYAN GOSELLIN VS ALEC PRICE VS J BOUJI VS NOLO KITANO

6 men, 1 fall to a finish, LAAAAAAAZY BOOKING! and Again, it's a Multiman match, where 2 guys do moves at each other while the other four wait in the wings, for their cue. There was even a fake looking Comedy Spot where everyone Sans Kitano has each in a sleeper, until Doug got at the end of the Line and Shouted "WAIT!" The Five Eejits Stood like they were Queueing for a Bus leading to them all being hit like dominoes by Nolo's Dropkick. 

And then Goseleen had Stolen Doug's Santa Sack full of Chocolates and swung it and everyone sold it like they were hit by a steel Chair. After that Doug and Akira teamed and botched a move. Doug had dumped the bag onto Ryan's Head for a Superkick but it fell off. After doing it again, Akira kissed Doug full on the lips! Finish was Akira hitting Death penalty on Price after he cleared the ring with a Flippy And Dippy.

After the Match, Akira Cuts a Promo on the calling, named them A Storm ravaging MLW. That Akira bought into the message of its Leader, but with Raven Gone, a New Leader sits on the throne. But Ricky, Storms don't last forever. And this brings out the calling and Ricky Sends Cannonball to do his dirty work. The Tub of Cholesterol serves his purpose, and Ricky slides behind for a Raven Effect. He stands over Akira with his Openweight championship in hand. But Akira got the last laugh and kicked him in the balls!

Backstage, Salina Reveal her Wrestling Signet to her Promotionales Dorado Cohorts, only to be Spooked by a Burlap Sack- like the one they used on Cesar Duran when they kidnapped him this summer!

This was a NXT women's match any day of the week! Finish was MSL interfering by Pulling Tiara off her pin and into Zayda's Unprettier

We get a Video Package on Janai Kai's next Opponent for her Featherweight championship...and if you thought the Josheeee ninety pound Schoolgirls bringing Maki Itoh was their most Immature gimmick....HOOBOY! I WAS THIS MORNING YEARS OLD WHEN I LEARNED THE EXISTENCE OF HYPER MISAO! 

This Girl also sings to the ring, but she wears a Superhero costume and Bunny ears, hits people with a Squeaky hammer and Lego and once drove a Bicycle into her Opponent and a Pyramid of steel Chairs! It's enough to make your eyes water or Roll, take your pick!

Back by popular demand, MLW are Bring back the TV Specials with Reload this Month and Azteca Lucha returns in May on Thriller, the Former Fiteplus!

I Didn't realise how tall Matthew Justice was when compared to Josh Bishop, however the "Intense Icon" still outweighs the tag champ. Not much to write home about, as this match was 80% on the floor, for most of it. When they do return Josh Bishop Powerslams a table on a Prone Justice. Vicious Powerbomb through the same table by the Sid Vicious Lookalike gets the pin. But straight after Justice pushes himself and Josh to the back, more on them later!

Backstage Salina Dela Renta beats up poor Charlie the Cameraman.

Tony Deppen Vs Kevin Blackwood. It was supposed to a Big Blowup after months of Build....

Backstage, Zayda interviewed the newest Acquisition to the World Titan Federation, Richard Holiday ahead of facing Alex Kane for the World's Title at Kings of Coliseum on January 6th. Matt Riddle will also Return on that Show.

3 Way tag match between the Mane Event, the Dirty B*stards and Wasted Youth, who are Matthew Mathers and Dylan Mackay for those who said they  weren't named in the last show they where in.  I didn't pay attention to this match Wasted Youth won, but maybe I should have, as that Smiling Hobo they put In A Tuxedo claimed this was a contender's match after the fact! Maybe he was hired By Court Bauer because he saw him in a suit and thought he was Richard Burton! How's that for a Holiday reference?

Up on the arena's roof, and Bishop and justice fight to the top. Conveniently, there is a table on the Balcony and Of Course, Justice gets Put through the Table.

Next was the Intergender "Definitely Not A Trap" Match!

And Wouldn't You Know, Who Won The Pony? It was a Trap All the Long! First the Promotionales Dorado members ambushed Ichiban, but only when Ichiban was Sprayed in the eyes, did the Ref Ruled this a Disqualification. They then stole the mask off his face, which drew the ire of Mascara Dorado 2. 

The Tag team Championship match had all the elements of a great match.... but they just can't leave anything alone! 

Alex Kane was distracted by Richard Holiday sat at Ringside with a Glass of Red Wine, which off course he Throws into Kane's face causing another dq. The WTF attacks everyone involved. 

Backstage Janai Kai and Delmi Exo get into a fight backstage until the skirmish is broken up by Azteca Henchmen who hands Delmi an Envelope, she opens it and is Shocked in what she Reads!

"STICKING OUT YOUR GYATT FOR THE RIZZLER?"

The Trilogy between Alexander Hammerstone Vs Jacob Fatu was your Main Event and before what happened After, should have believed that statement to be true 

But First to the Match.

For the last Four years this Rivalry saw the changes in their Careers. From Soldiers In two warring Heel Factions. To Hammerstone becoming the Hero the League needs to stop Jacob's Reign so it's only fair it ends like this.... with the Roles reversed With Fatu the Hero and Hammerstone the Villain. Match was Great as always. If you thought they would phone it on because it was non title, think again! Hammer bought the power, Fatu bought the Bloodline and the Fans bought chants to Hammerstone chanting the names of  "Medication" he may be on for his physique! Despite MSL on the floor and some Dirty Tactics, Fatu won by Delving into his Family's bag of tricks, a Double Spring Moonsault caps off the Trillogy.

After the Match, Saint Laurent Ditches Hammerstone and Fatu hugs him to applause. Hammerstone gets on the Microphone to thank MLW. It's Official- He's really Leaving! After putting over the Young Talent, He leaves the ring to hug MLW Owner Court Bauer. We close on another Announcement, but one that was known. Matt Riddle wants Fatu at Kings of Coliseum.

New Year Schedule for 2024

 Hello everyone!

By the Time you will read this, MLW Holiday Rush had it's results  just Dropped Five minutes ago. And so begins the New year with a new earnest. Here is the First Announcement that will guarantee a 600th episode in my Grasp within a year....

Back in September, my purchase of WWE Backlash was Hampered due to the inconvenience of 2 boxing matches on the sky box office system. Now I don't watch every Payperview and Backlash didn't matter in the scheme of things, but I take it personally when people have to make me go back on my word. So unless Broadband has to be purchased, this should be the schedule for early 2024.

Akira was to do double duty like most of those in this bout, but he was attacked backstage by his former Calling Brethren. However his match is still On for the Main Event tonight. But we do have a Replacement, who is that....Is That.....NO ITS A FAN WALKING ON THE RAMP DURING FILMING! ONCE AGAIN SECURITY IS LAX IN THE COMPANY THAT IS SUING WWE AND GIVING THEIR LAWYERS ENOUGH AMMUNITION IN CROSS!

It's was only when During his match Tony Deppen went beyond and without exposing the business, he got Security out to stop a Child from taken A picture with Nolo Kitano standing in a spot where he was going to be ambushed, Deppen loudly cut a promo on the Stupid kid and his Stupid Mark Father, until Security realised how bad the situation was going to be! He Potentially saved a life, and stayed in character the whole time. Deppen is a Goddam Genius! 

Josh Bishop wins this battle Royale after eliminating Matthew Justice last. Afterwards, MSL orders his Titan to Demolish Justice as he is set up on a Guernie . Justice will face Bishop one on one next week at Holiday Rush, which will be reviewed in the new year. 

Speaking of, the Main Event for Holiday Rush, and the only reason I am reviewing it in January,  Jacob Fatu backstage is sick of Hammerstone Popping up, so maybe we Both "Pop up" in New York on Holiday Rush! But if Hammer Does, Fatu will Dog walk his ass!

3way Featherweight championship match. Janai Kai put the Belt up against Tiara James and Delmi Exo, in a Match with a Screwy Finish. As you know, Delmi is Turning heel, and Tiara is being pushed as the top Baby-face. So Explain why the Finish was Delmi Exo being Sprayed by Salina Dela Renta's Hairspray and Tiara gets Pinned? How do you get this wrong? You Screw The FACE! and pin the HEEL! NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!

Announcement that SGC will face Alex Kane and Mr Thomas for the Tag team Championships. Somewhere in a Trailer park, Masked Good Brother number Three Rambles for 5 minutes, before making the Point The 3 will defend the Belt via Freebird Rule, all the while Manders tries and fails to keep a straight face.

Tony Deppen Vs Nolo Kitano....I Couldn't enjoy this match because of the potential lawsuit that nearly Happened. Finish was Deppen feigning blindness and attacking the Ref long enough for Nolo to bend over to pull him off and get Small Packaged. 

After the match, Deppen revealed why he hates Blackwood. It goes beyond Stealing his Thunder in his return ( Keep in mind Deppen returned after 6 weeks of Injury, while on the same night, Kevin returned after 4 years after Surviving a near fatal car crash.) He claims that Blackwood left California because he was Ran out and now he's back on his turf. He also insults his Tattoo business as he claims he can't cut it as just a Wrestler. This caused security to keep Blackwood from tearing Tony a new one!

Love-Doug Vs Brett Ryan Goseleen is made for Kings of Coliseum, Billed as the Love is Blind....Fold match. They want People to Buy an overpriced App to Watch the Comedy Face and the Comedy Heel, have a Match so Bad, It's only being televised 3 times before and they all sucked!

In Salina's office, She, Rocky and Kai find an Aztecs Mask on her table. To add to her Annoyance, in comes Ichiban and his Relative/Translator. He still wants a Title Shot, so Salina Makes a match at Holiday Rush. It'll be Ichiban vs....herself!

Ricky Shane Page cuts a Promo, about Penance!

TJ Crawford Vs Kevin Blackwood was next, though he had an entrance despite being at Ringside. Deppen would join Commentary to continue his tirade on His rival.  McCoy tried to interfere but, the ref told the ring announcer to give a warning that McCoy must leave or get Suspended! With the deck no longer Shuffled against him, Blackwood won in a fairer Fight.

Alexander Hammerstone cuts a Personal Promo on Jacob Fatu. Hammerstone delivered this promo superbly. He said that for 3 years, MLW needed Him, to be the Hero for them, only for the fans to cheer Fatu? A Thug? They Forgive him so easily? But Asking for his release and to make more money-That's Unforgivable in their eyes? If that's what you think, then Screw you and what you think! This felt like a Mick Foley Promo.  He once said on his documentary that the key to a Heel Promo was "You must believe, no matter how bad your actions, that you are in the Right!" Hammerstone not only improved his ringworm but on the mic too!

Rundown on Next week's episode, including adding The long awaited Grudge match against Deppen and Blackwood.

Openweight championship match: Ricky Shane Page Vs Akira is your main event. I was just hoping Ricky doesn't cause a Disqualification. Shock of all Shocks, and probably because this was a Grudge match for the Title, it wasn't. It was still a Garbage match though, even if Akira is a better wrestler underneath it all. Shane Page wins with that Raven Effect. It is important to note, Page is now billing himself as the Leader of the Calling! After the match he continued to Brutalize Akira. Page, Cannonball, Cornwallis and Mudshow Fuck number 6 tied Akira to the Ropes  with Duct tape. (A Rib on him missing a Kick on 300 pound Brickhouse  Hammerstone while being taped and Held in place!) Ricky will now preside over the Trail of Akira. His Punishment: Torture! As he is opened back up and has his hair shaved off! And most importantly, noone Came to save Akira. And why would they? He is getting a taste of his own medicine. And only then will he gain people's trust. It's called a Story Arc People!

And that will do it for 2023!

MLW Oneshot Results: Richard Holiday Season

Oneshot was Filmed in New York last Thursday and as such, there is no Fusion results this week, but fret not, as next week the season Finale will be up here next Monday as I too, sign off for 2023.

Throughout the show, it's clear that MLW have said lawyers be dammed and was steering this Comedy Bus with shots to WWE, as We open with Monsieur Saint Laurent introducing Some Former Contestant of American Idol to Sing America The Beautiful.

Rocky Romero retains both his Championships, after tearing off Mascara Dorado 2's mask for a distraction long enough to roll him over for 3.

Miyu Yamashita retained the Princess of all the 80 pound Schoolgirls belt Against Delmi Exo who was hit with a Skull Kick. Some Feat by a Girl, whose feet can't touch the ground!

After the match WTF revealed their WTF hotline, a deliberate parody of the WWF hotline from the 90s.

3rd match I'm told was superb. As Former Champion Tom Lawlor faced the First champion, Kojima. Kojima won with a Lariat. 

After the match the Front rows threw bread into the ring. Kojima got on the microphone to say "Wow! Many Bread" to wild cheers!

But we got more Stupidity to get through. Thankfully the post by Wrestlezone did not go into details about The Body by Saint Laurent Bodybuilding championships. And for that I must thank them! Saint Laurent and Zayda introduced a Crappy contest between Alexander Hammerstone, Mr Thomas and Midas Black. Despite having the crowd's approval, the Contest held by the World Titan Federation rigged the contest in favour of Hammerstone. Out comes Jacob Fatu to destroy the Trophy. This rivalry is not over.

It must be cheap to fly from Tokyo to New York, because we had not one Japanese woman doing the Job, but two. As The Queen of love and Piss, Maki Itoh WHO DOESN'T WORK HERE! Lost the title match SHE DIDN'T EARN!

Jimmy Lloyd Vs Ricky Shane "Fat Mudshow Fuck" Page for Page's Openweight belt. Despite Akira running in during the champion's entrance, and some very clean Wrestling moves by Lloyd, all it took was a Stiff Raven Effect DDT and Page retains. Still, we now know Jimmy Lloyd can wrestle, the bookers won't let him!

Before the Main Event, another shot at WWE, as that old guy they used in Philadelphia as a Ring Announcer, the one who looks like a hobo they bathed, shaved and put in a Tux and told him "read this card and we will give you a sandwich!" So whoever this guy is, he continues grinning like an Idiot who has no idea what's happening, reads out that The Attendance Record had being set for Oneshot, as 81000! (It's not!) MLW run the smallest of arenas, so this potshot to WWE manipulating the Records was actually quite funny!

Alex Kane Vs Matt Cardona for the World's Title, was as Close as a Match could get, not even Interference from WTF, could secure the win for "The Agent" And soon the Champion locked in the Fade to Black Sleeper Choke after the attempted Radio Silence. Unconscious, Kane left Cardona's Body to be carried out by the Bombaye members.

Alex Kane cuts a promo on who's next to catch this work For Kings of Coliseum next month, When the lights go out. 

When  they switch back on, in the ring is Richard Holiday. Great to see him in full health after his battle with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. As Alex Kane keeps calling the Well dressed Italian American "Frank Sinatra" this causes MSL to squeeze his Bulbous Gut under the bottom rope, to offer Holiday a contract with World Titan Federation, which Holiday excepts. After all he was next in line before the cancer! So holding a contract and Wearing a Wtf hat, the last image we saw was MSL's newest Acquisition!
