TASTE TEST 2K21: CADBURY'S DAIRY MILK INVENTOR BARS YEAR 2

Hoping this review finds you well. I'm taking a small moment of time out of Personal Time to Review 3 Bars of Chocolate up to Public Vote, and though this is my opinion, i urge to at least try the Bars yourself before voting!

Today is the second wave of Inventor Bars: Cadbury asked the public to invent a bar of chocolate and the first 3 out of a hat are up for public Voting. Last years bars were nothing to right home about. Coconut, Blueberry and the Winner, Honeycomb are all flavours done by other companies, with the Last already used in An Existing Product!

This year they stepped their game up with 3 new unique flavours.

In Alphabetical order:

BANOFFEE NUT CRUMBLE

Calorie Count: 602 in a 6 square portion (24 squares=4 potions)

(For Full Disclosure all bars in the standard 24 square 3x8 format and all contain Biscuit. This is the last time i will mention it but assume it is there for all 3)

Flavour: Banoffee Fudge Pieces, Golden Almond pieces and Biscuit.

Chewy Fudge, Smooth Chocolate and Crispy. If you have a bar of chocolate that marries flavours this well, well then, you may have a winner on your hands! In my Opinion anyway!

FIZZING CHERRY

Calorie Count: 592 per portion

Flavour: Dried Red Cherries and Popping Candy

Opening the pack. The smell of Cherries is very strong. But the Cherries have a texture like Raisins and it just taste like raisins. The Popping candy adds enough whimsy to the bar. Re-Package for Kids sell it for less than a euro. Then we can talk!

NO FROWNIE BROWNIE

Calorie Count: 597 per portion

Flavour: Brownie Piece, Salted Caramel Pieces.

A Suggestion (and not because it's July in the middle of a heatwave!) But put this bar in the fridge overnight. The Saltiness of the Caramel combined with the soft of the Brownie in chocolate that is covered in less than room temperature chocolate is so good.

In my opinion it's a two horse race that is too close to call between Brownie and Banoffee. That is not say Fizzing Cherry can't win. I would just prefer it to be a kid's party favour than part of a brand for all ages. But again try the bars yourself and giving Cadbury's your own opinion!
