this is a respect match so both men get a decent amount of pop. a single fan chanted we want edge you may remember a roh vs tna show where a fan chanted that at Christian and christian said Edge fucked your girlfriend too! Killswitch early but countered into backbreaker. monkey flip by the champ but the gold standard land halfway up the the ladder! christian gets bloodied by head-shots! and the medic comes outand this hot crowd chanting we want blood! the champ has a big whelp that covers his right eye! the match continues though as  shelton goes for a Cannonball Senton of the15ft ladder! a ladder is set horizontal on the apron. stinger splash by shelton gets him a ladder in the face! but that momentum stopped by Dragon whip. shelton climbs the ladder but christian sneaks behind and reverse ddts him. but the agile benjamin hops the rope like a cat back onto the ladder powerslam bennamin tries for the strap but is dangling 20ft and down! christian does the same later! end comes by christian frog splashing through the prone ladder

outside the ring Fatu was troubled with drugs having 2 suspensions on his career. but in the ring he was a believable seller selling the Samoan spike (thumb to the throat finisher) like it was the most painful move in the world.
