WWE CLASH AT THE CASTLE: DRAGON DEEZ NUTS!

After 30 years, Wwe comes back to Britain to showcase a ppv for the Loud and Loyal Wwe universe on my side of the Atlantic.

So was the wait worth it!

Yes and No.

We will break it down by each of the 6 matches and segments of this show.

Starting with the 6 woman tag. The Wwe women's champion, Bianca Bel-Air teaming with 2 former and future rivals, Alexa Bliss and Asuka to take on the team of Damage Control, comprising of Dakota Kai, Io Sky and Bayley!

Great Heel Work by the above! The Crowd in pure British Fashion, sang their thoughts to the wrestlers including the Return of "Hey Bayley" which Bayley tried to Downplay. This was a enjoyable match, but in the end Damage Control just had more Cohesion in their Group, hitting all their finishes on the champion. Bayley just pinned The Champion on her ppv return match.

One thing that was unavoidable in the British Showing was the Blackouts of product placement due to English laws, which is why there was a lot of Video Packages last night.

Backstage Tyson Fury met Drew MacIntyre and the camera cut to the Boxer nicknamed "The Gypsy  King" now at Ringside, no doubt there to make Sami Zayn look more stupid by night's end.

We also have At Ringside, Georgia Smith the daughter of the Late British Bulldog and Bret Hart.

Bitter Grandpa gives this Ringside seat a 4/10!

Match of the Night! Well, one of 2.

As you know I am not a big Sheamus. You will remember I coined The Name "Lame-Arse" when Triple He's workout Buddy, got a push from nowhere, but now? Sheamus is a workhorse wrestler and I was a fool not to see that! He faced Ze Valter-Goontah! With Ze Kaiser! And at with them Fabian is back! Ok he's still repackaged as Giovanni Vinci, but to see them dressed as Imperium, to be billed as Imperium. Goosebumps!

And what a visual from the opening bell! The seconds for each opponent causing chaos , but the 2 fighters still staring at each other!

What followed was Wrestling in its Purest Form! Raw chops! False Finishes! Basic but tried and true holds! Sheamus did not go down without a fight, but down he did with a Lariat, after the Powerbomb had failed to do so more than once! Gunther is still your champion.

From the sublime to the ridiculous, there she is the most underwhelming women's champion in WWE, out comes Liv Morgan in her Victoria's Secret ring gear. Seriously it was a White Bra, shorts that rise up the ass into a thong, and knee high boots that looked like A naughty Schoolgirl stockings. I know I shouldn't deride Liv for starting out as a Hooter Waitress, but after those matches with Nattie, it's save to say the Difference with Shayna and Liv.

One wrestles like a former MMA fighter-Because she is.

The other fights with the basic moves they teach you in the Performance Centre.

And that's the Difference.

Nattie and Shayna are Wrestlers.

Liv is a Sports Entertainer!

So as Such have the Little Girl, in fetish clothes make a seasoned MMA Fighter outwork her with armbars is a strange visual. Liv retains, the only people cheering were all the horny men!

At Ringside, Adrian Street and His wife and Manager, Miss Linda. There is a film being made about his life and Career, and I cannot wait to see that! Next to him, but not announced except by Cole, Johnny Saint who is the NXT UK General manager.

Or....Was!

NXT UK IN DA MUD! as the Kids Say.

Next, it was Judgement Day Vs Rey Mysterio and Edge, who came out in a lucha mask and the crowd's enthusiastic singing of Metallingus. The good news, Rey's Fat Useless Son is not in this match, the bad news Rhea isn't either! So Dominic sets up the events to give his father and Edge the win, so it looks like the will be no heel turn if they won the ma....NO NEVER MIND! DOM JUST KICKED EDGE IN THE LOVE SPUDS! AND PIEFACED PAPI!

So Dominic has Joined Judgement Day. I hope they have a Tuxedo in Child's XL for him.

Second of the 2 best matches of the show, Seth "Franklin"Rollins Vs the Man who doesn't take no for an answer, especially from Teenage girls in Britain, The NOMEANSNO BRO, MATT RIDDLE. And Seth is a Miracle Worker, he really is the Messiah, they pulled a 5star match out of Riddle. Good storytelling,  good back and forth and great facials. Finish was Seth going over after Riddle got too emotional for his own good.

And then.....

AND THEN!....

Well, I'll just go out and say it!

They just Lex Luger'ed Drew in his own country!

To that point, this match was solid. There was no Bloodline, No Sami, no Heyman, Roman was all alone, facing a red hot Drew MacIntyre, with basically the weight of an entire country on his back, with his Old music teased, with 64000 people in attendance, with legends at Ringside.....why the fuck did they do this to him?

So the match had so many false Finishes in it, you would thing they were trying for a world record! Theroy tried to cash in money in the bank, when both were down, only for Austin to get knocked the fuck out by Tyson Fury at Ringside! ( Has there ever being a more pathetic holder of the money in the bank? You could argue Damien Sandow, but that was after Cena Buried him!) This match had more twists and turns than a bag of corkscrews as is, but then Drew is cost the title, by Solo Sakoa? Yes, he is the 3rd Uso brother, and Roman's cousin, but isn't the whole gimmick that he is seperate, "Solo" even from the rest of his family, so that would be the end right, except Tyson Fury waddles in like A drunkard, tells Drew he did Britain proud, and I was expecting him to knock Drew out.

What he did was far worse!

He and Drew, started singing karaoke!

The man just lost the title match of his career, in his home country, in a match where he gave everything he had, and more!

And now A Drunk Boxer, is singing American Pie, Badly I might add, at him for no good reason!

Hasn't Drew Suffered enough?

Well, that was my final ppv of 2022!

But I am not done yet!

Keep an eye out for 3 more Posts, the Wwe Draft, a piece on the past and current Scandals of Vince McMahon, and Finally the next TAROTOBER essay for all the Persona and Street fighter fans.

Keep an eye here and until we meet down the road!

Peace!
